- HMRC’s current arguments in VAT / IPT case law surrounding insurance / insurance-related supplies
- What the courts have decided so far in relation to HMRC’s views
- What you can do to protect yourself from potential future VAT / IPT costs and / or protect your position through VAT / IPT repayment claims to HMRC where appropriate.
Registration will open at midday with a buffet lunch available and the session itself running from 12.30 to 2.00pm.
