Mr. Christopher Vajda KC will open with a keynote speech on developments after the Achmea and Komstroy cases in commercial and investor-State arbitrations, followed by an open discussion between the panellists on EU and third country case law, enforcement scenarios, and EU interventions. The discussion will cover recent jurisprudence from the EU, UK, US, Australia, and Switzerland. On-site participants are invited to join a light networking reception after the panel.
