Alfred Artley – Enforcement of ‘hybrid’ foreign penal judgments: Review of the traditional common law rule against the enforcement of foreign penal sanctions as per Huntingdon v Attrill,  A.C. 150 and an examination of how this is to be interpreted in respect of so-called ‘hybrid’ civil/criminal judgments with reference to more recent Commonwealth authorities.
