Alfred Artley – Enforcement of ‘hybrid’ foreign penal judgments: Review of the traditional common law rule against the enforcement of foreign penal sanctions as per Huntingdon v Attrill, [1893] A.C. 150 and an examination of how this is to be interpreted in respect of so-called ‘hybrid’ civil/criminal judgments with reference to more recent Commonwealth authorities.

Will Hooper – Late amendments: pitfalls and procedure. Will recently acted for the successful party in Fisken v Carl [2019] EWHC 3360 (Comm) which concerned very late amendments to make allegations of fraud in the purchase of the world’s most expensive car.
