Reforming the ECtHR: would closer co-operation with national supreme courts help?

Paul Lasok QC, Ben Emmerson QC, Piers Gardner, Azeem Suterwalla and Alexandra Littlewood, together with a small group from Freshfileds led by Deba Das have been working on a project for closer co-operation between senior national courts and the ECtHR.
