Valentina Sloane will be speaking at this free panel event which will look at the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 which came into force on 26 February 2015 and the implementation of new rules for the utilities sector and regulation of concession procurements, which will follow during the course of the year.
Procurements commencing on or after 26 February face new choices in terms of the procedure they choose to follow, and new flexibilities including broader in-house rules, a new light touch regime and relaxed rules for those using dynamic purchasing systems. There will also be challenges in terms of actively promoting best practice, and scoping contracts transparently to the market.
