The recent “Gina Miller case”, which tackled the question of Parliament’s role in Brexit and Article 50, had Hertford alumni on both sides of the argument. On Friday 15 September, Lord Pannick QC and Jack Williams will join us to share their experience preparing the applicants’ cases, while Rowena Collins-Rice will talk about her role preparing the government’s case. Hertford’s Law tutor, Professor Alison Young will oversee the discussion and will add her own perspective of participating in the media coverage. The panel will also be taking questions from the audience.

Organised by Hertford College, Oxford for Hertford alumni. Please click here for further information and to book.
