EEA Competition Law and the EEA Agreement’s Impact

The EEA Agreement, often described as the ‘Norwegian model’ extends the Single Market to Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland. The EEA Agreement naturally includes competition, State aid and public procurement provisions.
