Nimisha is Head of Administration, HR & Compliance at Monckton.

She was a Solicitor/Partner during a 17 year career and brings with her extensive management and leadership experience.

Prior to joining Monckton Nimisha was Head of HR, Administration & Compliance at 12KBW Chambers, and before this Practice Manager at a niche Education Law firm,  having previously held the position of Practice Manager at 3PB Chambers.

Nimisha is responsible for business operations, administration, HR, compliance, and risk management, and sits on Chambers Management Committee.

She is also Chambers Data Protection Manager and Data Diversity Officer.
