Nimi is Head of People, Operations & Compliance at Monckton Chambers.

She is a qualified solicitor and was a partner during a 17‑year legal career, bringing extensive experience in leadership, management, governance, and professional services operations.

Prior to joining Monckton Chambers, Nimisha was Head of HR, Administration & Compliance at 12KBW Chambers. Before this, she held the role of Practicing Manager at a specialist Education Law firm, having previously served as Practice Manager at 3PB Chambers.

Nimi is responsible for business operations, HR, compliance, and risk management, and sits on the Chambers Management Committee. She also acts as Chambers Data Protection Manager and Data & Diversity Officer, supporting Chambers’ commitment to strong governance, and regulatory compliance.
