Leading text on disabled children’s law published in second edition

The leading practitioner text on the law relating to disabled children, young people and families is to be published shortly by Legal Action Group in its second edition. Disabled Children: A Legal Handbook is co-authored by Monckton barrister Steve Broach and two leading academics, Professor Luke Clements and Dr Janet Read, with a team of expert contributors. The second edition has been wholly updated to reflect substantial legislative changes, including the impact of the Children and Families Act 2014 and the Care Act 2014.
