The central tenets of EU law continue to develop and evolve. This webinar considers developments relating to direct effect and the supremacy of EU law from the perspective of the CJEU. It also addresses the way in which these and related concepts play out in domestic case law post-Brexit, in cases arising under the EU (Withdrawal) Act 2018 and other legislation.
