Philip Moser QC will be speaking via video conference at The George Washington University Law School – Government Procurement Law Program open colloquium.
The open colloquim is on The United Kingdom’s Implementation of the New European Union Procurement Directives. The United Kingdom, with other member states in the EU, is currently implementing the newly revised European Procurement Directives, through consultations and now final regulations. The panelists will discuss that process — known as “transposition” — which will highlight important strengths and weaknesses in the new directives.
