Monckton Chambers is sponsoring the UK State Aid Law Association ‘State aid litigation in the national courts’ seminar.
This seminar will be chaired by the President of UKSALA, Judge Christopher Vajda, and will discuss notable recent developments in State aid litigation the UK courts and the courts of other Member States. Particular topics will include the Eventech case, the Coventry FC case, damages actions against the State, economics in State aid litigation, and some comments on State aid cases in the Italian courts.
George Peretz of Monckton Chambers will be on the panel.

The seminar will take place in the Council Room at Kings College, and will be followed by a drinks reception sponsored by Monckton Chambers. The seminar is free to attend.
