The twelfth annual Sir Jeremy Lever Lecture will be held at 17:00 on Friday 13th February at Lecture Theatre 2, St Cross Building, University of Oxford.
The speaker is Professor Tamara Ćapeta, Advocate-General at the Court of Justice of the European Union, on the topic “Democracy and the Courts: the Justiciability of the Founding Values of the European Union”. The Rt Hon Lord Lloyd-Jones JSC, will take the chair.
