Monday 22 November 2021 Eric Metcalfe and Khatija Hafesji will be speaking on “Permission applications and responses“.
This series (held via Zoom) is intended to be an introductory course, and is ideally suited to pupils, junior public law practitioners, or experienced barristers interested in learning about the procedure and practice of judicial review. It also serves as an update for any procedural developments in the past year.
These sessions are for ALBA Members and Pupils only. You will be required to request a place to attend. If you are a pupil and not a member of ALBA, please indicate this clearly in the comments section. Each confirmed booking will cover all four sessions.
