On 16 November, the Bingham Centre for the Rule of Law is holding a seminar entitled “The Fundamental Rights of Companies: Have the European Courts Got it Right?”
Peter Oliver, whose book on the subject is set to appear early in 2017, is due to speak at this event along with two former judges of the European Courts.
