Steve Broach of Monckton Chambers will be speaking at an evening seminar on the Children and Families Act 2014.
Steve will focus on the interface between Part III of the Act and the existing law in relation to social care and health provision for disabled children. Steve will address in particular the thorny question of how the new Act fits with the duty to provide social care services under the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act 1970.
