Steven has been at Monckton since 2006 and is an essential part of the senior clerking operation. His main responsibilities include advising clients on the distribution of work, managing and developing Counsels’ practices, fee negotiation and developing and maintaining client relationships. A detailed knowledge of all members of Chambers’ practices enables him to swiftly advise clients on the most suitable counsel or team of counsel to instruct. Steven has strategic input to Chambers’ business development activities, is an active member of the practice specific working groups and also sits on the Chambers’ Pupillage and IT Committees.

Steven achieved a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management from the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) in October 2017.
