Summary

Tim Ward is an experienced litigator in the fields of EC, competition, and public law. He has particular expertise in commercial, regulatory and tax matters. He has acted in more than 30 cases before the European Court of Justice, has over 30 reported cases in the field of public law, and has considerable experience of the European Court of Human Rights and Competition Appeal Tribunal.

He is a member of the Attorney General's A Panel.

He was nominated for Barrister of the Year at The Lawyer Awards, 2008, and for Barrister of the Year at the Law Society Excellence Awards 2008.

He is Editor in Chief of the Human Rights Law Reports - UK Cases (Sweet & Maxwell) and Contributor to the forthcoming sixth edition of Bellamy & Child, The European Community Law of Competition.
