DESCRIPTION:RPC And CIARB are delighted to invite you to join us as we lift
  the lid on the world of all things sports arbitration\, where the stakes 
 are high\, the press are waiting\, and the stories are anything but dull.\
 n\nWe’ll unpack the journey leading up to and including a sports arbitra
 tion hearing and its procedural nuances. We’ll examine how sports arbitr
 ations are often different from commercial arbitration and other forms of 
 dispute resolution\, including the interplay with recent CJEU decisions (i
 ncluding Seraing – hot off the press)\, before diving into the proceedin
 gs themselves. We will draw on the speakers’ collective experiences with
  all the legal twists and turns\, from national-based UK sports disputes\,
  through to CAS hearings and major international sporting events\, includi
 ng Olympic-related disputes.\n\nChristopher Vajda KC will be speaking.
