DESCRIPTION:This virtual event is organised by Thought Leaders 4 Competitio
 n.\n\nThe competition law enforcement landscape has changed significantly 
 since Brexit. Substantive divergences are beginning to emerge and parallel
  merger and antitrust investigations before the CMA and the European Commi
 ssion are becoming increasingly frequent. The Brexit Withdrawal Acts also 
 provide much greater scope than previously for the English domestic courts
  to diverge from EU precedents and case law. In addition\, the UK also rec
 ently introduced its own subsidies control framework at a time when the EU
  is putting a greater focus on potential distortions caused by foreign sub
 sidies. This webinar will take stock of these and other recent development
