DESCRIPTION:The Supreme Court’s 2017 judgment in the Miller case\, concer
 ning the triggering of Article 50 of the Treaty on European Union\, is one
  of the most significant constitutional judgments for many decades. In par
 ticular\, it raises fundamental and far-reaching issues of constitutional 
 law\, many of which will remain relevant long after Brexit. In this Colleg
 e Law Seminar\, Jack Williams\, a barrister who acted for one of the inter
 vening parties\, will offer his perspective on the case. Jack studied Law 
 at St Catharine’s College\, and subsequently read for the BCL at Oxford.
