DESCRIPTION:Cuts to legal aid are creating a perceived skills deficit in di
 scrimination law among social welfare lawyers. PLP is attempting to addres
 s this by holding a new conference\, “Discrimination law for public lawy
 ers/Public law for discrimination lawyers”.\n\nThis conference will be a
 n intensive training course on using discrimination arguments in judicial 
 review and county court proceedings as well as a forum for addressing cont
 emporary issues in discrimination law.\n\nSteve Broach will be speaking at
  breakout session two "Education and SEN Funding".
