 aul Harris QC of Monckton Chambers and the Canadian law firm McCarthy Tét
 rault\, have assembled a panel of Canadian leaders in class actions\, incl
 uding competition class actions\, who will engage in a lively discussion c
 entred on the UK’s new collective action regime. Paul will co-moderate t
