Monckton Chambers is a modern and progressive set and we place great importance on client care.  We have a large pool of barristers and are able to tailor our services to the particular needs of each client and case. We are committed to maintaining the standards of excellence for which we have become known. All members of Chambers are bound by the confidentiality requirements of the Bar Code of Conduct and strictly adhere to these principles.  To view the relevant paragraph of the Bar Code of Conduct please click here. Members of chambers are often instructed on different sides in a case.  Chambers has internal guidelines to ensure that confidentiality is maintained by barristers, clerks and all other members of staff in such cases.  These guidelines are available on request.
