PLA/MONCKTON CHAMBERS EVENT

The PLA, in partnership with Monckton Chambers is set to host an evening of presentations in relation to the various issues arising out of domestic implementation the Remedies Directive. Members of the working party which prepared the PLA's submission to OGC will introduce the key points and representatives of OGC have indicated that they plan to participate in the discussions. The presentations and speakers currently planned are as follows:

The event will be divided into four sessions. Each talk will be 10-12 minutes, followed by a response from the OGC's representatives of 8-10 minutes and finally discussion from the floor. Each talk, together with the discussion, will occupy half an hour, making the event approximately two hours in total with a drinks reception to follow.
